Flame lamination processing…
A method of laminating materials using flames. The surface of soft urethane foam is exposed to flames so that it will melt. Then, different kinds of fabrics, films and other substrate materials are laminated onto it.
Lamination of identical or different substrates makes up for the innate weaknesses of substrates and adds new functions without sacrificing the characteristics peculiar to the substrates.
This processing is applicable to most materials, including cotton, polyester, nylon, rayou, unwoven fabric and films.
